The literature of professional ETHICS is increasing. It is broken through the boundaries of education, and categories such as teacher’s professional ETHICS are derived from it; therefore, it is necessary to attempt to localize this literature. On the other hand, educational jurisprudence is developing as a new field in education, so it is necessary to have a specialized approach to teachers and teacher training. The ratio of teacher’s ETHICS to teacher’s jurisprudence is necessary in research (science production) and education (educational program and curriculum) and this is the main issue of this paper. this study, through a descriptive and analytical method, explaining what the teacher’s jurisprudence and teacher’s ETHICS are, has determined the ratio between them and come to a conclusion that these two fields of study, while different, are closely related to each other, and in the position of research, (Islamic) teacher’s ETHICS can rely on teacher’s jurisprudence and submit to its methodology of Ijtihad so that a comprehensive system of teacher’s rules, manners, and ETHICS can be deduced systematically. At the end of paper, teacher’s ETHICS in the teacher training curriculum has been evaluated, and some suggestions have been offered.

After analyzing the school of western socialism, interaction ETHICS and types of responsibility, this study investigates two issues of ethical education and justice promotion.

Introduction: From a long time ago, benefiting from technology has been an inevitable thing for human interests, which is born and based on science. It can be claimed that there is harmony between ETHICS, science and technology, which promote each other. In this article, the researcher discusses this harmony and compatibility. Material and Methods: The current review study was descriptive and using the study of sources and research keywords among the books and articles published in the databases of Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med. Conclusion: As science and technology continue to advance and become more integrated into our daily lives, ethical considerations become increasingly important. For example, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised questions about the potential implications of creating machines that can make autonomous decisions and take actions. If science and technology were considered as a tool, it should have been able to subjugate humans and influence all aspects of behavior and values. While it has become a problem that eventually becomes aligned with morality by applying reason, and people now seek help from it as a tool.

This article reviews and criticizes Aristotle’ s Eudemian ETHICS based on Anthony Kenny’ s translation. We have tried to show that morality in Aristotle means living good, and his purpose in writing this work is to find an answer to the question “ what is good life and how we can achieve it” an answer in the virtuous tradition of philosophical environment which he is thinking in. Hence the understanding of the nature of what is happiness based on the understanding of the nature of virtue. After examining all the various virtues, he ultimately defines happiness as "full life activity according to complete virtues" (1219 a, 39) and this main virtue includes all other virtues, namely moral virtue and intellectual virtue. Studying and acquainting with such a book for those interested in ethical studies have this advantage that they can examine some of the ethical issues in society from the scope of virtueism.

Materials and Methods: A comprehensive review of the relevant literature is conducted, using a descriptive-analytical approach to provide a conceptual framework for understanding agricultural ETHICS. Conclusion: The article highlights the critical need for a comprehensive ethical framework to address the multifaceted ethical challenges in the agricultural sector. The importance of analyzing and resolving ethical dilemmas at all stages of agriculture is underscored in order to align practices with human ideals and to ensure ethical decision-making by stakeholders involved in agriculture.

This article introduces, analyzes, and criticizes the work of Lawrence M. Hinman, ETHICS: A Pluralistic Approach to Moral Theory. Hinman is a Philosopher of ETHICS in the multimedia learning. He believes that multiculturalism is important factor of nowadays so the most important responsibility of philosophers of ETHICS is prevention of moral conflict. The global communication and information in 21st century needs global tolerance and respect of various nations, cultures, and moralities together because different people and societies have a common human nature and common natural rights that obligate to justice and moral relationship between different people and various societies’ beliefs throughout the world. Moral communication in multiculturalism approach is against racial, gender, national, and ethnic prejudice. Hinman believes in moral dialogue and global learning across different cultures. The book of ETHICS: A Pluralistic Approach to Moral Theory has a proper category of new ethical problems, and the candid standpoint of author is considerable. He has a logical method, and in the end of every part of book there are some questions for evaluation of students learning. So this book is proper for the philosophy of ETHICS in universities.

Background: Labor COMPANIONSHIP has been recognized as a valuable intervention by the World Health Organization to enhance the quality of reproductive care and women's satisfaction with delivery. However, a clear definition of labor COMPANIONSHIP is lacking, making it challenging to comprehend and operationalize this concept in clinical settings.Objectives: This study aimed to conduct a concept analysis of labor COMPANIONSHIP in the midwifery context.Methods: The concept analysis utilized the Walker and Avant method as a framework. Nineteen publications from the period of 1996 to 2022 were collected from Scopus and ProQuest databases and Google Scholar and used in the analysis. The search employed terms such as “labor companion*,” “childbirth companion*,” “birth companion*,” “doula companion*,” “continuous support during childbirth,” and “birth companion of choice.”Results: The defining attributes of labor COMPANIONSHIP were identified as accompanying, supporting throughout all stages of labor. Sociodemographic, cognitive, and environmental factors were categorized as the three antecedents of labor COMPANIONSHIP, revealing three beneficiaries: governments or organizations, women and their families, and healthcare providers.Conclusion: This conceptual analysis can offer insights for midwives to enhance their understanding of labor COMPANIONSHIP and facilitate the development of instruments. A clear understanding of labor COMPANIONSHIP could also assist healthcare facilities in modifying policies to ensure appropriate physical space for women while respecting their privacy.

Customs and traditions of Sofia indicate their mental and doctrinal principles. Their COMPANIONSHIP and solitude as the Islamic Sufi rituals, has an effective role in individual and social life of Islamic Sufis and their Seir and Suluk in order to accomplish the truth. So that the COMPANIONSHIP, has provided an opportunity for displaying the outstanding characteristics of the Sufis like dedication and devotion, and solitude in addition to refining the condemned from them, have disposed their mind and spirit. Some Sufis were demanding God’s satisfaction through talking to people and leniency and some of them with commitment to solitude and withdrawing from other than Allah were searching to achieve to Allah without any intermediaries. In this paper the nature of COMPANIONSHIP and solitude, besides Sufi, and studying the reasons of their distinctive approach toward COMPANIONSHIP with the people or taking the hermitage in three different groups have been discussed; and the similarity and intrinsic links of Sufi’s COMPANIONSHIP and solitude to reaching a common goal, despite their apparent differences have analyzed.
